Version Updates
We always suggest that you run the latest version of MultiPing. If you're having any problems with MultiPing, the first thing you should probably do is to make sure you have the latest version (available from http://www.multiping.com/files.html). Point release version updates are free to all licensed users of MultiPing (ie: if you licensed a 2.0 version, all future 2.x versions are free).
Note: All MultiPing 1.x licensees get a free upgrade to version 2. No special action is needed - just download and install it.
Check the knowledgebase and product manual
The MultiPing product manual is available online, or via the Help menu in MultiPing. We also cover a number of questions and answer in our knowledge base section. Since there is some overlap between PingPlotter and MultiPing, you might want to check the PingPlotter tutorial.
Check the support forums
Our message boards have a growing collection of questions and answers. Check on the support message boards for an answer - or post your question there. The advantage of posting your question there is that others may get benefit in the future.
Use the "Search" function
Our search function will search the MultiPing site, knowledge base, product manual, plus the message boards. Every page on the Nessoft and MultiPing sites has a "Search" box on the left - try it out.
Lost your license key?
Enter the e-mail address you used to originally purchase your Nessoft product. Your license key(s) will be automatically e-mailed to that address. If your e-mail address has changed, contact codes@nessoft.com to have this corrected and get your license key sent to you.
Email our support department
If the above resources don't answer your question, you can send an e-mail to support@multiping.com. All emails to this address get logged in to our support database, and you will get an automated response confirming the receipt of your email.
